Critique: Mr P. Cheeseman
|
|
It was on my part
a great honour and privilege to be asked to judge this club
show. As usual the reception and hospitality north of the border
was of the highest order. I would like to thank the committee
and members of this fine club, and offer a huge thank you to
my steward on the day Mr E. Houston. Overall, and with only
a handful of exceptions, I found movement generally to be below
standard, but, maybe due to the recent cold weather, coats on
the whole were very good.

Rally, 5th September 2010. |
| The
rally was very well attended by old hands and new owners alike!
Luckily the weather was kind to us all day which allowed most
activities to take place outdoors. Again, there was something
for everyone - plenty time to chat to owners over lunch, terrier
racing, a talk on the breed standard, a bit of ringcraft practice,
a talk/demo on the care of the border's coat and fun agility relay
races. We even had a couple of 'foreigners' from over the Border! |
